On day three of the World Library and Information Congress, the panel: The Caribbean and Latin American Libraries work on SDGs. Building a sustainable future hosted two of ACURIL star professionals:
- Dr. Jeannette Lebron-Ramos, ACURIL Past President and recipient of the ACURIL 2023 Caribbean Professional of the year medal and Chair of the International Federation of Library Association – Latin America and Caribbean Division (IFLA-LAC) and
- Yiannitzah-Sharimar Jacobus, Deputy director of the National Library of Curacao, ACURIL 2022 LOC Chair and guest on ACURIL Council.

Las Bibliotecas del Caribe y América Latina trabajan en los ODS. Construyendo un futuro sostenible acogió a dos de las profesionales estrellas de ACURIL:
- Dra. Jeannette Lebron-Ramos, presidenta pasada de ACURIL y ganadora de la medalla de Profesional Caribeño del año de ACURIL 2023 y presidenta de la División de América Latina y el Caribe de la Federación Internacional de Asociaciones de Bibliotecas – (IFLA-LAC) y
- Yiannitzah-Sharimar Jacobus, subdirectora de la Biblioteca Nacional de Curazao, presidenta del COL de ACURIL 2022 e invitada al consejo de ACURIL.

- Dr Jeannette Lebron-Ramos, présidente antérieure de l’ACURIL et lauréate de la médaille ACURIL Caribbean Professional of the Year 2023 et présidente de la Division Amérique latine et Caraïbes de Fédération internationale des associations de bibliothèques (IFLA-LAC) et
- Yiannitzah-Sharimar Jacobus, directrice adjointe de la Bibliothèque nationale de Curaçao, présidente du COL d’ACURIL 2022 et invitée au conseil d’ACURIL.
